Included is a great resource that was developed by WCAN. The College Knowledge booklet provides great information of what families should be focusing on year after year leading up to high school graduation. It also comes in like 7-9 other languages.

A guided pathway to college or career success is through a state initiative known as ReadySetGrad. This website is user-friendly for families and students who need information about vital milestones at each grade level Readysetgrad.
